These conditions preserved bright colour fruit and natural acidity of the wines.VineyardsCarefully selected matured vineyards from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley.Winemaking20% of the fruit underwent wild ferment in new French oak hogsheads with the balance being fermented cold in stainless steel.
