Mount Pleasant Estate was established by legendary winemaker Maurice O'Shea in 1921. Recognising qualities within his wine that reflected the personalities of family and friends, these wines continue a tradition of honouring those characters who shape our lives.

It was by the light of a gas lamp that the story of Mount Pleasant was born. In 1921 the legendary Hunter Valley winemaker Maurice O'Shea, one of the founding father of the modern Australian wine industry, started his winery and today we pay homage to his winemaking skills with this collection of wines synonymous with classic Hunter Valley varieties, new styles and trends.

From the red wine blocks that Mount Pleasant is famous for, Rosehill and Estate Vineyards, these grapes were especially chosen to produce an aromatic, dry Rose achieved by gentle pressing, producing lovely texture and freshness for you to enjoy.
