Mount Pleasant Cellar Aged Elizabeth Semillon Inspired by the first visit of a reigning monarch to Australia in 1954, today Mount Pleasant 'Elizabeth' is the embodiment of the synergy achieved by combining the noble grape varietal Semillon and the Hunter Valley. This small batch of Cellar Aged 'Elizabeth' Semillon, afforded a minimum of five years, bottle maturation, is the reward of careful patience. Mount Pleasant Estate was established by legendary winemaker Maurice O'Shea in 1921. Recognising qualities within his wines that reflected the personalities of family and friends, these wines combines a tradition of honouring those characters who shape our lives.
