Complex savoury aromas of black olive, Chinese 5 spice, black pepper and aniseed dominate whilst subtle oak lingers in the background. The palate is rich and textual with plush velvety fruit, well supported by fine savoury tannins and integrated acidity. A wine of great balance and depth which will benefit from cellaring for up to 5 years, although can be enjoyed now.
