Pale straw with lime-green hues. Fresh and vibrant aromas of jasmine, citrus blossom and clover blossom, supported by notes of chamomile tea, lemon rind, cumquat, finger lime and grilled lemon over gooseberry, nectarine, pear and guava. The fresh and focussed palate of zesty citrus and succulent tropical fruits is balanced by hints of oregano and lemon balm and crisp green apple acidity, finishing fine and long with subtle complexity.
