The inspiration for the Vat Series came from the early days when our dad, Deen De Bortoli, would personally chalk numbers on vats to mark them out. This Sauvignon Blanc exhibits intense gooseberry aromas with lifted tropical fruit flavours. Serve well chilled with seafood, smoked chicken, salads or Asian food.
