The flavour is rich and generous. Led by juniper and citrus, the taste meanders through to the floral notes of lavender, callistemon, and galangal. Locally foraged lemon myrtle provides mid-palate freshness after which is a spicy, long finish of cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, clove, and star anise notes. The palate is silky smooth and belies its 42% ABV strength.
Pairs with Long Rays Citrus tonic to bring the citrus to the fore or Long Rays soda for a spicy twist.
